In 2014 Everen Specialty Ltd. underwent a comprehensive strategic review. From this process it was determined that to better serve our valued shareholders and non-shareholder insureds Everen Specialty Ltd.must adopt a more traditional corporate structure. To achieve this Everen Specialty Ltd., in 2015, eliminated the Shareholders’ Agreement and moved many of its governing provisions into the Bye-Laws.
